Who We Are The site www.vonducks.com is owned by SC LPC SYMBIOSIS PROJECT SRL with its registered office in Brașov, Str. Turnului no. 5, registered at the Trade Register under no. J08/2797/2019, C.U.I: 41584969, hereinafter referred to as VONDUCKS and the Seller.
Using this site implies acceptance of these terms of use. For optimal use of the site, it is recommended to carefully read all the terms of use. You agree and accept that, without prior notice, we can delete or add any information on the site or interrupt any activity without prior notice.
Orders All prices displayed on the site include VAT. The displayed prices do not include shipping fees. These fees will be borne by the customer. Orders with a value greater than 200 EUR benefit from free shipping.
A fiscal invoice is issued according to the legislation in force in Romania and is sent together with the ordered products to the delivery address or to the customer's email address. Orders are delivered within a maximum of 14 working days.
According to the laws in force, an order placed on this website is considered a contract between the user and LPC SYMBIOSIS PROJECT SRL and must be fulfilled by both parties. This means that LPC SYMBIOSIS PROJECT SRL undertakes to deliver the ordered products and services, and the user undertakes to pay the equivalent of the order.
We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website whenever we consider it necessary.
LPC SYMBIOSIS PROJECT SRL uses the services of other companies, for example, for transport, payment, etc. The responsibility for these services lies entirely with the service provider companies. It is the user's responsibility to know and accept the terms and conditions of these services before using them.
Delivery Delivery is made within 7 to 14 working days from the confirmation of the order by www.vonducks.com, through the courier service, after order confirmation.
Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 18:00, and on Saturdays upon request.
Shipping is free for orders exceeding 200 EUR.
The cost of shipping is displayed both in the final step of the ordering process and on the invoice.
Return Policy The buyer has the right to renounce the products purchased from the site, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, according to the provisions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.
The buyer may request the replacement of the product, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of taking physical possession of the product. The transport costs for return or replacement will be borne by the buyer. If a product different from the ordered one or with other specifications (different size, different color, etc.) was sent, the transport fees will be borne by the seller.
Renouncing the purchase of a product or replacing it will be done within a maximum of 30 days from the return and under the following conditions:
- The condition of the products must be the same, without signs of wear;
- The product must be sent with all the labels and accessories intact, in the condition they were shipped by the seller;
- Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a fee for restoring the products to saleable condition;
The buyer has the right to opt once for the return or replacement of a product. Repeated renunciation of purchase will be considered abuse, and the seller has the right to block access to the account involved in the abuse, temporarily or permanently, with immediate effect.
All product images presented on the site are indicative.
Customized products ordered according to the customer's specifications are exempt from the right of return/withdrawal provided in art. 9-15 of GEO 34/2014 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises.
Limitation of Liability As a result of the legislation in force, the store has no responsibility for:
- Delays in delivery due to the supplier, courier, or other reasons.
- Damage, destruction, or losses occurring during transport to the recipient, which is the responsibility of the carrier.
- Incorrect information provided by the buyer. The buyer has the opportunity to correct their personal data anytime in an email to contact@vonducks.com.
- The possibility of encountering viruses by accessing this store or receiving informational or promotional emails.
- Discomfort caused by the interruption of access to the store due to the internet service provider (ISP).
- The content or nature of sites through which a customer reaches the store via links.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time during the ordering process for various reasons, including:
- The ordered product is not in stock;
- Identifying an error in the product information, including price or offer.
If problems arise with an order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Final Provisions We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions, as well as any changes to the site, without prior notification to users.
